Shipping Times
We understand that waiting for your order can be exciting (and a little nerve-wracking too!). That’s why we’re transparent about our shipping times and what to expect:

United States: Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days

International: Estimated delivery time: 9–14 business days
(Please note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Delivery times depend on the destination country and customs processing).
Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed, it takes 1–3 business days to process, pack, and ship. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Tracking Your Order
We know how exciting it is to track your package! As soon as your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link so you can follow its journey right to your door. You can also visit our Order Tracking Page anytime to check your order status.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please be aware that Luna is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. If a package is returned due to unpaid customs fees, we will not be able to issue a refund for the shipping costs.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support.lunastore@gmail.com, and we will do our best to update it before it ships.
